Advanced Parole (Travel Permit) in Miami

Eligibility Criteria

USCIS will review your application, and if approved, they will send you the Advanced Parole document. - Use of Document
Once approved, you can use the Advanced Parole to travel temporarily outside the U.S. and return within the authorized period.
