Team of lawyers
Karlo A. Díaz Blanco, Esq. is an attorney licensed in New York and Chile, with over 10 years of combined experience in immigration, corporate, banking, and compliance matters. He brings a practical and thoughtful approach to legal work, combining strong legal analysis with clear communication and a genuine commitment to client service.
In his immigration practice, Karlo has experience with USCIS matters, legal drafting, case strategy, and client counseling. He is especially committed to helping clients understand their options, feel supported throughout the process, and navigate complex immigration matters with clarity and confidence. His practice focuses on USCIS-related matters, legal drafting, case strategy, and client counseling, with particular interest in employment-based and investor visa matters. He also brings experience in broader immigration matters beyond USCIS practice.
Karlo earned an LL.M. from Florida International University (FIU) and is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. He is known for his professionalism, responsiveness, and client-centered approach.
Erika Aarun is a licensed attorney in both Mexico and the United States. She practiced corporate law in Mexico for over 15 years, serving as an in-house lawyer and General Counsel for regulated and publicly traded multinational corporations across a range of industries, including mining, manufacturing, logistics, real estate development, construction, and railroad transportation.
Currently, she practices immigration law, focusing on business immigration, driven by her passion to support individuals and enterprises, turning potential aspirations into tangible opportunities.
She has lived immigration through her family immigration from Lebanon to Mexico and her own immigration to the United States.
Erika brings her experience in business immigration matters. Her practice includes temporary non-immigrant employment visas, investment-based immigration, international business expansion, permanent employment visas, and adjustment of status in immigration cases.
Following her legal studies, Erika pursued an MBA at the Instituto de Empresa Business School in Madrid, Spain. She later obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, graduating cum laude.
She is a member of AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is a licensed attorney in Mexico and in the United States, being a member of the State Bar of Missouri.
Erika is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
