Eligibility Criteria to E2 visa
To qualify for an E-2 visa, the applicant must meet the following criteria:
Nationality of Treaty Country
The applicant must be a citizen of a country that has a treaty of commerce and navigation with the United States.
Substantial Investment
Must demonstrate that they have invested, or are in the process of investing, a substantial amount of capital in a bona fide enterprise in the U.S.
Ownership and Control

Committed Funds
The funds must be committed and at risk in the business, and must be sufficient to ensure the successful operation of the enterprise.
Application Process
